• Service. ThatReceipt converts receipt photos into expense records using AI. AI output may contain errors — always review extracted fields before relying on them. ThatReceipt is not an accounting, tax or legal service.
• Credits and trial. New accounts receive HK$500 of trial credit valid for 30 days, subject to fair-use rate limits. Trial credit has no cash value and expires automatically.
• Paid credit and subscriptions. Top-up credit does not expire. Monthly/yearly plan quotas reset each billing period and unused quota does not roll over. Prices are listed on the homepage and may change with notice.
• Refunds. Unused top-up credit may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request, minus payment processing fees. Subscription fees for a started period are non-refundable.
• Fair use. Automated, abusive or multi-account use of free credit is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Your data. Your records belong to you and can be exported or deleted at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
• Liability. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

• 額度與試用：新帳戶獲贈 HK$500 試用額度，30 日內有效，並受公平使用限制。試用額度無現金價值，到期自動失效。
• 付費額度與訂閱：儲值額度不會過期。月費／年費方案的包含額度每期重設，未用完不累積。價格以首頁為準，如有調整會另行通知。
• 退款：未使用的儲值額度可於購買後 14 日內申請退款（扣除支付手續費）。已開始的訂閱期費用不設退款。
• 公平使用：禁止以自動化、濫用或多帳戶方式領取免費額度，違者帳戶可能被暫停。
• 你的資料：記錄屬於你，可隨時匯出或刪除。詳見私隱政策。
• 責任：服務按「現狀」提供。我們的總責任以你過去 12 個月支付的金額為上限。
• 管轄法律：本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。
