Where are my receipt photos stored? Is it safe?

Receipt photos are saved to a ThatReceipt folder in your own Google Drive. Images uploaded on the site are discarded right after they are read. Email attachments are held for at most 7 days so they can be moved into your own Drive next time you open the app, then deleted immediately.

Can I book e-receipts without taking a photo?

Yes. Forward electronic receipts such as Uber or online orders to your dedicated ThatReceipt email address and they are booked automatically.

Which file formats are supported?

Photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC via the photo picker) can be snapped or uploaded directly; PDF receipts can be uploaded right on the website, or forwarded together with e-receipts to your dedicated email address.

Do foreign-currency receipts work?

Yes. The currency is detected automatically and the amount is converted to your primary currency at a reference rate, editable at any time.

What happens when my free credit runs out?

You are never charged automatically. Top up once (from HK$0.2 per scan, credit never expires) or subscribe for HK$20 per month covering 200 scans.

Which app editions are there?

ThatReceipt has a PWA for iPhone and web (Add to Home Screen, Stripe web pricing, no App Store), a Google Play Android app (Play Billing at web price +20%), and a direct-download Android APK (Stripe at web pricing). All share the same scan, records, email-in and Google Drive photo flow.

What if a receipt is recognised incorrectly?

Every field can be edited before saving, so you can correct the date, merchant, category or amount on the spot.

Can I take my data with me or delete it?

Yes. Export all records to Excel, CSV or PDF at any time; photos already live in your own Google Drive; deleting a record takes effect immediately.

三個入口，一樣平

ThatReceipt 係 App——三個入口。① PWA：iPhone／網頁用戶用 Safari「加至主畫面」，Stripe 官網價，唔經 App Store。② Google Play：Play Billing（官網價 +20%，補平台抽成）。③ 官網直接下載 Android APK：同樣 Stripe 官網價，適合冇 Play 嘅機。三邊同一套掃描、記錄、Drive，唔使養兩套原生畫面。
